DO I NEED TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT TO MAKE A PURCHASE?

No, you do not need to create an account on the juandiazfaes.com website to make a purchase.

 

HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE?

You can find available products in the “Shop” option of the website.  Choose the item or items you would like and add them to your basket by clicking on “Add to cart”.  You may view your basket at any time by clicking on the cart icon located at the top of the page.  From the basket page, continue to payment by choosing a secure method of payment (credit card or PayPal). 

 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You can cancel your order in the 12 hours after you place it. At the end of that period, your item may have already been shipped, so you will need to follow instructions for product returns.  To cancel an order, send an email to info@juandiazfaes.com

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Orders are typically sent in 4 to 7 business days.  However, it may be possible to process some items more quickly, while others may take longer, particularly if they require special packaging or handling. The maximum delay will be 30 days from purchase. 

 

WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?

All orders are shipped from SPAIN, and we ship to all EU countries

It is paramount to us that items arrive in pristine condition, which is why all our products are packaged to guarantee that they arrive safely.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER DOES NOT ARRIVE?

WHAT DO I DO IF MY ITEM IS DAMAGED?

If the item does not arrive in optimum condition, please email us as soon as possible so that we can resolve the issue promptly.

 

CAN I RETURN THE ITEM / WORK I HAVE RECEIVED?

If you are not happy with the item or work, please let us know within 14 days of receiving it to arrange the return of the product or products for a refund. Please email info@juandiazfaes.com to arrange this. The item or items must be returned in immaculate condition and in the original packaging.

 

WHAT DOES IT MEAN IF A PRODUCT IS  A “LIMITED EDITION”?

Limited edition works are those for which the artist has produced only a limited number of pieces that will never be exceeded.  Limited edition products come with a certificate.
